🚚 We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to addresses within the United States. No minimum order required.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on a business day, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 5–8 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited Shipping (if offered at checkout): 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping (if offered at checkout): 1–2 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are business days only and do not include weekends or holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.) or internationally. We are working to expand our shipping destinations — please check back or contact us if you are outside the US.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@ShoeBrace.com.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. ShoeBrace is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address due to a customer-provided error. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us at info@ShoeBrace.com immediately — we can often correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check around your delivery location and with neighbors
  • Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  • Wait 2 additional business days — packages are sometimes marked delivered early
